Dear Aamir,
People were killed in the Mlore aircrash because of gross
negligience at the highest levels. It was an accident waiting to
happen due to a faulty runway design. We fought a long and
arduos battle with authorities and the Courts, and were ridiculed
and our petitions thrown out. I am so torn by the fact that we
predicted the possibility of an accident in the exact manner that
it happenned in Mlore. Pl review details at www.esgindia.org.
We are keenly pursuing action against those responsible for this
'accident' and hope you will support in whatever manner is
possible.

I want to sahre a movie story and I am very much confidant it
will be great movie.. please give me chance to share my view
Liesie--agree, Aamir's latest staus update made me smile; it is
interesting and witty. In fact to borrow a word from
Aamir--supremely entertaining!
And some commenter at fb has asked Aamir if he meant to write
'banal.'
Aamir meant what he wrote, LOL!

Had to smile while reading your last FB status update, "supremely
rude", that's a first for me ;) Loved it! Have to agree, weddings
and diets don't get along well. Vacation and diets, winter and
diets ... Aamir Khan DVD nights and diets ... I rest my case ;)
All joking aside, glad you've enjoyed the wedding and all the
go_Od that came with it. Still human, thank goodness!!

The last 2 days have brought in a lot of sorrow for some of my
colleagues who had friends and family on that plane. Death
sometimes gives your life a reality check-for some weeks I had
been mulling about cutting out distractions from my life and
focusing on the more important things. Calling this blog a mere
distraction would be undermining all the wonderful times I have
spent here and some of the very nice people that I have
interacted with but the truth is that it does become a
temptation/ addiction and takes up a lot of your time
