Back in my hotel room after a hard day full of interviews. This is a really mad trip. Two days in each city with back to back interviews.

Managed to steal time to meet a really close friend in New Jersey. Always feels really nice when I meet him.

I’m flying to Dubai next, then Mumbai, then to Melbourne where Peepli Live is being screened at the Melbourne Film Festival on the 6th of Aug.

As 13th Aug gets closer the butterflies in my stomach are really beginning to flutter around. Have lost my appetite and my sleep.

I’m really depending on you guys this time round for support. This is an especially tough one with no big stars and a film based in a rural background. For those of you living outside India please tell all your friends, neighbours, collegues, gardners etc, who may not have ever seen an Indian film before, to give this one a try. Assuming you like it of course.

Am planning a live chat on fb. Will keep y’all posted on date and time.

Derrickji Video chat will be Like we will be able to see him and
he will see all the messages on the screen and will answer the
same, Just to make people believe that he is real on Facebook not
a fake.

All Aamirian and My fellow blogger Dont put any hope of chatting
with Aamir if you do you will be the luckiest person a..s there
will be around million people at same time, So I am already
preparing myself not to be disappointed a..s last 2 time I was so
disappointed when He didnt replied to me in chat room specially
when he had a chat on 19dec it was my birthday I was shouting ,
messaging, literally begging in chat room Please wish me its my
birthday it went un notice and I really cried for a day, Aamir
didnt wished me. Now When I think I laugh at myself Gosh
Emphathize with him there were around lakh of people and the
message were going so fast, It was not possible for him to see
all the message so my messages also got lost. benefit of doubt
:-)

Hi Aamir :-)

Saw the trailer of Peepli live in Indion idol 5 when the whole
case of PL had come. Brilliant , excellent and natural
performance by all the characters .. Looking forward to see the
movie in a theatre ..I quite liked the songs too. My heartfelt
wishes to you and the whole cast of PL for a major success..
After the release of the movie, hope the government would take up
the farmers issue seriously by implementing some funds which
would go directly to them during the shortage of monsoon..I am
glad and happy that you are a part of PL team

Fact is to some question in last 3 years You have never answered
me, Maybe you dont like it and dont want to answer it So I have
giving up but here is 3 question which answer I have never got
from you

LAst 2 question the stupidities question But I had a..sked Now I
know why you have never answered, However My first question is a
Idiotic question and I just want answer to that question.

I will just watch the Chat online and will not post anything a..s
whatever I want to a..sk you I will A..sk our here in this Blog
at least there will be some chance of Me getting an answer a..s
I know it is going to be a madhouse in chat and all question will
go so fast that all my messages will go in flow, at least here it
stay and whenever you have time you glance at it, whether you
reply or no it is a different question but at least you read what
we have to write and that is a enough satisfaction for me, I
always wanted you to know what I feel and I have writing about
the same with a satisfaction that you have read it :-)

Rashmi you just have to fix the mike and speaker a.s it is only
going to be a chat online not video chat yes you will be able to
see him and able to hear hi, I am telling you dont keep any hope
of chatting with him a..s it is going to be a Mad house a..s
there will be around million of people at same time all wanting
Aamir to reply them revert them, shouting, screaming giving
threat, balckmailing all sort of thing will happen , Pity on
Aamir How he will be able to answer all of them at one time.

Good night and sweet dream, Hope so you are feeling well and your
throat is feeling all well not sore. Aamir again if you are not
really feeling well please post pone the chat to saturday we wont
mind, health first, even if you dont come on chat we will still
watch your movie and will always respect you, The Emperor Who
rules our heart.

Saw Rangeela, HHRPK and Ghulam at same time Isnt it a record
Which make me feel Does Aamir see his movie on TV if Yes what
exactly he think about the same.Does he like what he has done.
ALso I feel we get so excited to see the movie when it releases
that we are ready to spend thousand of Rupees, But after few
months all Movie come on Tv and we dont bother also. Human being
cant understand them.

I am telling When we know all movie come on Tv after few month
why to waste money when it releases, But than I am ready to spent
few thousand on peepli live when I know it is going to come on Tv
after few month, human being Really cant understand them me first
:-)

Hey there, dear Blog Host! :-)

You know, it's so sweet and endearing to see you so anxious for
the success of your film. Even though I'm completely and utterly
sure that it's unnecessary! Trust me, this film will work!
Because it's a GOOD FILM! If it is anything like it's promos
promise (and your promos are never misleading!) then you have a
quality product on your hands there. And of course, I have the
additional surefire proof: Filme liked it when she saw it at the
Berlinale. And she has excellent taste!

And, like Isabel, I promise you, whenever we get the chance to
watch PL anywhere near I'll get all my friends to see it. So,
please, when the big stress of the Indian release calms down a
bit, do take out some time to give us a hint when we can expect
PL to screen here in Europe! Please, pretty please!?!

Dear Aamir,
yes, I'd like a lot promoting your film among my friends and
through my macro-blog, if only you had included Italy in the
distribution of Peepli (Live). But, as usual, you have forgotten
us. So: why should I promote a movie that only few of us will see
and on a bad pirated dvd? W-H-E-N will you distribute your films
in Italy, too? It's since Lagaan we have been missing you...
Very very sad. It seems as for you world doesn't include my
Country.
Anyway: all the best for Peepli (Live). I'm sure you'll collect a
great success. No need to lose appetite and sleep.

Celeste, of course we would all like our films to release everywhere. However Indian films find it difficult to find distributors in places like Italy. You should have a chat with the theater managers!!!

Hello Aamir,

I have been leaving you comments in the hope you may catch one. I
am so looking forward to seeing Peepli Live in Melbourne. And of
course, to seeing you.

As it happened we had some extra frequent flyer points so I am
flying to Melbourne from Wellington and as well as catching
Peepli Live, plan to see old friends.

Now, about those body guards of yours... I hope they let me at
least see you. They are much taller than you and I am much
shorter and... Ah! It's hopeless!

I have been spreading the word, especially to my journalist
friends. But as political journalists, they are not likely to get
MIFF as.signments. In any case, I am sure you have plenty of
interviews already lined up.

Try to see Melbourne. It's a beautiful city. I like it more than
Sydney.

Aamir don't worry we are spreading the news in US..Peepli Live if
it turns out to have a grt story will be eventually a big hit
..you just need a good story and great set of actors to make a
movie hit ...and I think Peepli Live is going to be a hit ..are
you coming to Indian Idol 5 finals with you Peepli live team as
promised in Sony TV?

I am really looking forward for this movie.I had a question ,do
you have alpha and beta releases for your movies.I suggest even
movies should go through release cycles so that we have minimum
loss.may be iam sounding bit geeky..
Surely will do my bit of spreading the awarness among my non
Indian friends. All the best!
